- Monthly rental/ lease rates include power, water, and sewer
- Yearly and longer rental/ leases include water and sewer. (Tenant(s) to pay all other utility billings and have billing placed in their names.)
- Silver Sands RV Resort is comprised of privately owned lots and is operated as a "Resort" and not a campground. Tenants will receive and must follow Resort rules. Tenants not following Resort rules may be required to leave immediately.
- Tenants to assume liability for themselves and their visitors/ invitees. Tenant shall be responsible to arrange their own insurance and/ or assume liability, during their tenancy.
- Tenants will be required to pay for any and all damage, caused by themselves, their invitees and / or their guests, on their rented lot, lots owned by others or common property.
- Tenants will be allowed two pets. Resort pet rules shall apply and tenants further agree to have their pet immediately removed from the Resort, should management receive a verified complaint about their pet. Pets must be on a leash when on common property, cleaned up after, no barking and not left alone.
- All rental reservations are final and there will not be any deposit return for cancellations and/ or no shows
- Deposit and rental monies shall be by cheque or cash only (no credit cards or bank cards accepted- contact our office 1- 250- 717-3177 re having monies bank transferred)
- Rental/ leases are to be paid- 50% upon conformation of availability and the balance 50% upon arrival. Monies paid are non refundable.
- Rentals shall be restricted to a maximum of 4 people per lot [add $5.00 per day for each additional person] Guest must register at office and no more than a maximum of 6 people shall stay overnight on any rented lot
- Tenants shall be sure that all holding tanks are empty upon arrival. There will be a $10.00 charge, payable to the strata KAS3387, for emptying storage tanks after arrival.
- No truck/ campers. No unsightly units. No tents. One unit per lot.
